Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click the 'Get Started' button and fill out the registration form with your email and password. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

Can I invite team members?

Yes! Once you've created an organization, go to Settings > Team Members and click 'Invite Member'. Enter their email address and select their role (Admin or Member).

How do I create my first project?

After logging in, navigate to the Projects page from the sidebar and click 'New Project'. Fill in the project name and description, then click 'Create'.

Billing & Plans

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact support within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund.

What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?

When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When you downgrade, you'll keep your current features until the end of the billing period.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start your trial.

Features & Functionality

What are the differences between roles?

Owners have full access including billing and can delete the organization. Admins can manage team members and settings but not billing. Members can create and manage projects but cannot change settings.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. We also support SOC 2 Type II compliance for Enterprise customers.

Can I export my data?

Yes, you can export all your data at any time from the Settings page. We provide exports in JSON and CSV formats.

Do you have an API?

Yes! Pro and Enterprise plans include full API access. Check our API documentation for details on authentication, endpoints, and rate limits.

What browsers do you support?

We support the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. For the best experience, we recommend keeping your browser updated.

Is there a mobile app?

Our web app is fully responsive and works great on mobile devices. Native iOS and Android apps are on our roadmap for 2025.

What's your uptime guarantee?

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all paid plans. Enterprise customers can get a custom SLA with up to 99.99% uptime guarantee.

How often do you release updates?

We deploy updates continuously, typically multiple times per week. Major feature releases are announced via email and our changelog.

Do you offer onboarding help?
